Andrew Ronie

Andrew Ronie is an accomplished Business Analyst and Quality Manager,
and has played a key role in the strategic development and
implementation of a series of major Local Authority projects.
In his role as Principal Consultant Andrew has contributed to many Business Cases, Studies and Strategies for ALCO’s major clients.
Andrew works closely with regional development agencies, The Scottish Executive, Local Authorities, and their associated e-government consortiums and initiatives.
Before joining ALCO, Andrew was the Project Manager responsible for the design and development of Aberdeen City’s ‘Accord’ multi-function smartcard scheme. In this role Andrew also input to UK National and Scottish Local Authority smartcard frameworks. Andrew also maintained the role of smartcard advisor to Scotland’s e-gov initiative consortiums during their initial development stages.
