Support for London Borough of Camden
ALCO Consulting is delighted to announce that it is working with the London Borough of Camden’s Accessible Transport Service (ATS) to help develop its policy framework for providing a totally integrated social transport service for the citizens of Camden. This innovative and ground-breaking service aims to provide the very best integrated social transport service in London within the overall strategic borough objectives of delivering the best services at the best possible value for money. ALCO’s role is to help the service analyse its new remit and develop a policy framework that can be used as a template and a basis for both policy and operational decision-making. As part of its role, ALCO will be analysing and evaluating the role that ICT could play and developing a dynamic modelling tool that can be used into the future to support the ATS operational development.
