IT projects are often large, expensive and late. The often used remedy is to throw more bodies at the problem; this rarely works. ICT projects are usually yet more complex, involving joining up legacy systems, delivering through a variety of channels, and designing for 24X7 operation.

ALCO Consulting, working from a position of experience and success in running large technology projects, are able to advise clients before projects run off the rails. We are project reviewers for central and local government in the UK and, using our knowledge of formal government review procedures, can offer key milestone reviews throughout projects ensuring they are kept on time and on budget.

  • 4Ps UK local government project reviewers
