BKV, Budapest's Public Transport Operator Looks at Smartcard Ticketing
ALCO Consulting, together with Sequoia Smart Solutions have examined BKV's business case for smartcard ticketing and brought it up to date in line with current experience.
The new management team at BKV were keen to validate and update prior work carried out to develop a smartcard ticketing solution but had very little time in which to carry out a detailed study. The ALCO – Sequoia team were able achieve an independent analysis and produce an Outline Business Case within two weeks from first call to presentation.
